Keltis - Traminec 2018

Keltis Traminec or Traminer is a very nice Slovenian interpretation of the grape variety with short contact with the skin, therefore between Orange wine and white wine. The typical floral aroma of the Termeno is present on the nose, ripe citrus fruits and some tropical fruits, especially pineapple. The texture is pleasantly buttery, with a juicy acidity.

Give the Traminec good air in the decanter and don't drink it too cold.

Location of the vineyards: 16-25 years, 350 meters above sea level, SW orientation.
Soil: slate, clay and sandstone.
Harvest: handpicked in early September.
Vinification: maceration for 2 days, with spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Maturation: 18 months in large oak barrels.
SO2 addition: 10mg / L
Drinking temperature: 10-12 ° C
