Orange zest combine with dried herbs, apple notes, chamomile, briosche and quince quince quince. A dream for every wine lover.

Sipon is a variety similar to Furmint, grown in the Stajerska region of Slovenia, around Maribor and Jeruzalem.

The name comes from the statement "C'est bon", which means "that's so good", as the French soldiers described the wine.
