LEITHABERG CHARDONNAY - to get sentimental! Because it all started with him. In our first tasting rounds together years ago that was Heinrich – Leithaberg Chardonnay 2015 already a bank. The 2022 firecracker is again much more subtle, almost a good vintage - still a bank. Lots of light nut and yeast spices, peanuts, sesame, baked apple and pear cider. Pushes the palate with endless tension, salty-acid-fresh and designed to last a long time - if you don't hiss it away first!
