Wacky winemaker champion with a Burgundian character.
Natural wine Champagne doesn't work? It works very well. Bonnet-Ponson Seconde Nature Millésime 2015; Completely without sulfites or additives, without filtration and without any fining. You wouldn't taste that in a blind tasting that it is “natural”. Much more, it tastes just very, very good and complex.
You immerse yourself in a bath of brioche, quince and mineral notes and a never-ending finish. Completely without sulfur and without filtration, this is the rebel among the champagnes. Incredibly multi-layered goat maker who also goes wonderfully with the food. Great tennis.
There are no longer many wrong ones from this exceptional vintage champagne, but we bought the last ones for you.
