DB Schmitt Wild Pony 2020 probably the wildest and most exciting Curvé by Daniel and Bianka. It is composed differently every year. In 2020 Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Silvaner will do more biodynamic Agriculture together in the wine.

Bianka and Daniel Schmitt's Wild Pony smells of ripe vineyard peaches, orange zest and honey. On the palate it has a fine acidity, a slight tannin kick and a nice length. Great drinking flow.

As always, grapes are handpicked for 6 weeks Mash contact and of course fermented spontaneously.
The wine matured in used barriques under floor yeast. After that, it was filled with minimal sulfur, unadorned and unfiltered.

You should definitely see Bianka & Daniel's wild pony carafe, then it goes wonderfully with many hearty dishes. We even recommend opening it a day before drinking, as the wine needs a lot of air when it is young.
