The wine has a deep amber color. The nose is intense, smelling of pine resin, dried apricots, earth and grated apples. A real orange wine like in a picture book, dry, salty, with low acidity and an oily texture. Strong, somewhat bitter, with an intense taste and an even longer aftertaste. The taste in the mouth is very diverse and loooong.
Ideal with grilled fish or steak. Serve at 10-12 ° C.
15 days on the skins (maceration). Fermentation: inox (stainless steel), indigenous yeasts; malolactic fermentation with autochthonous bacteria. Maturation: 10 months on the lees in oak barrels, for a total of 18 months in barrels. The wine is unfiltered. Production: biodynamic - Demeter certification.
