Plums and cherries fill your nose with this Pinot Noir. The Schmitt - Pinot Noir 2020 has a nice fresh acidity, the cherry flavor is quite classic and not particularly wild, but has the Schmitt natural touch. A very nice easy drinking Pinot Noir from Schmitt winery.

Fermented spontaneously on the mash for 6 weeks. Bottled without adding sulfur and without filtration.
