Achillée Riesling, that's how Alsace works in a modern, natural and drinkable way: very light apple and pear fruit, yeasty, roasted notes accompanied by sesame and peanut. You can feel the stony-mineral touch in the fragrance. On the palate, the Achillée Riesling runs tight and straight, with puristic minerality and stimulating citrus fruit. Just Riesling, and with lots of character!
