Weingut Gassner – Cabernet Sauvignon Kreidestein Reserve 2017

Another one of those amazing wines from Robert Gassner, we were blown away when we opened it! BOOOOOMMMMM - Licorice, vanilla, dark chocolate, wild berries and pipe tobacco smoke. Included squeaky clean - an amazing wine for cab lovers.

In the mouth it goes straight on, complex without end, aromas of wild berries and blackberries, nice wood note with vanilla, currants integrated in a nice tannin. A Red with a bang, Chancellor Olaf Scholz would say double bang :).

Its character tells the origin - oak forest edge, shell limestone soil and blackberry bushes.
