It should be low in acidity, here is a nice selection of wines with little acidity and a great taste.
Starting with one of the greatest rosés Germany. The Aldinger Rosé Reserve Pinot Noir is an extremely well made rosé of powerful punch and varied aroma. In the glass, ripe, punchy-juicy, lots of mint chocolate and cinnamon, light sesame almond nougat and looooong finish. Substantial, versatile food companion with top aging potential!
It continues with Majuelo del Chiviritero the single-layer verdejo of a large, individual format! Smells salty-nutty-crisp, of sunflowers and yeast dough, pleasantly little fruit, some Granny Smith, then again nutty-spicy notes reminiscent of almond. It scores points on the palate with its firm acidity, lots of minerality and a jagged drinking flow. Robert Parker tastes it too :), rated 92 points.
Finally, a red wine from Escoda from Spain. Joan Escoda makes the Coll del Sabater 2019 as a pure Cabernet Franc in clay amphorae without wood! It is slim and dense, with fine-grained tannins and dark, juicy fruit. No filtration, no sulfur, but super clean and elegant.
Enojy your meal :).
