Almost a pét-nat classic from Daniel and Bianka Schmitt: the Pétillant Weiss 2020 has a super fruity nose, beer, peach and yeast cake. Looks firm in the mouth, but is a real flatterer. Summer in a glass - even more for the 2020 vintage!

The 2020 vintage has now got a champagne cork instead of the crown cap and a little more bubbles, was a requirement of the wine police;).
