Oops, that's mega surprising in pretty much every respect - above all surprisingly ingenious: Cool, spicy Carignan from hot Roussillon at a low speed (only 12.5 percent by volume!). Grown on gneiss, not wood, but stainless steel and amphorae, vinified without sulfur. Delicately natural but clean fragrance, iron and iodine, salmiak and blue berries. Franc Tireur 2017 - acidic, fine tannins and a very drinkable glouglou from Vignoble Réveille.
Light filtration before bottling. Bottling without any input and without sulfite.
