the wine

Welcome to the world of Orange wine. To say it in simple way, white wines fermented on the skins (mash). With this method of producing, the wine gets a unique taste. The freshness of white wine is combined with the grip of red wine. You can read a lot about wine, but the best way is still :) - order wine, open the bottle, put it in the glass and let the fun roll.

Of course, we still wrote something about the orange wine selection.

The Orange Fan Package starts with a sensational orange wine from Germany, from Daniel & Bianca SchmittHis name is Erdreich, a serious cuvée of Bacchus (60%), Gelber Muscatel (20%), Pinot Blanc & Riesling (20%), unfiltered and bottled without sulfur. Complex, multilayered, airy, mouth-filling - although with its 11% it is anything but a heavyweight.

It continues with an aroma bomb from Roussillon, and that with light 11% Vol. - screams for big glasses and big sips! Matassa - Cuvée Alexandria 2019 has an ingeniously multi-faceted, floral-spicy smell. Rolls thick, salty and nutty over the palate despite the super low alcohol content, lots of yeast and almond, demanding, but very high-quality tannin. Orange at the top level! Unfortunately drunk, there is the fantastic one Heinrich - gray freedom

We stay in France with Clan d'Oeil 2018 from sextant. A Cuvée made from Viognier and Gamay, which was matured on the mash for 8 months. WOW. What a revelation on the nose. Completely contrary to our expectations. The sensation of candied oranges and cinnamon, reminds a little of Christmas cookies. In the mouth, the Clin d´Oeil then brings positive, pleasant bitter substances. It's full of juice and challenges the palate in just the right amount. Not too much, not too little. Candied orange, but also white pepper and the essential elements also show up in an elegant way in the aftertaste. This Orange wine gives us enormous drinking pleasure.

Now it's getting wild.  Vivre Sensible, our wildest wild boy:mash, animal, dense, gripping. Ideal as a food companion - with enough power to replace a red wine.

Loimer Muscatel with attention 2017 - this is how we like muscatel: tastes like adult Almdudler and is accordingly quick to drink! It smells wonderfully fresh of elderflower, Almdudler, Sprite and light, peppery-yeasty spice. In the mouth it becomes pleasantly tart, super tight and dry and then again this grapefruit freshness. Tasty!

Last but not least, `TRBLMKR` by Milan Nestarec.  A troublemaker you like to hang out with. 100 percent Neuburger, a very unique fragrance with aromas such as wood polish, lemon thyme, salty-almond-like sherry notes and naturally cloudy apple juice. Have fun with our favorites, it's WINE TIME!
