Mega juicy glouglou, lots of stone fruit and fruit gummy strings, everything super clean. The Els Bassots remains very easy and, yes, drunk with all its complexity!
Two weeks on the mash give a mouthfeel that is more towards red wine. This enables a long storage time, even older vintages are in an excellent position.
