WOW only 1 barrel with pure yellow muscatel was made from this wine and it is only available in the magnum.
Harvest of Bianka & Daniel Beginning of October: destemmed, 4 weeks maceration on the skins, 1 year maturation in used old barrique and bottled directly from the barrel. During fermentation, the wine was barely squeezed to reduce extraction & give the acid more weight in balance.
Super aromatic and yet complex in taste. Stone fruit and orange blossom on the nose. Maceration of apricots and peaches in the mouth. Powerful body, good persistence and balanced acidity.
The bottle is indeed long and does not easily fit in the refrigerator. We solved this problem by standing her in the doorway.
