the wine

Whoohoo we look forward to you one non-alcoholic alternative to wine To be able to offer. Bouche Melonbuzz Kombucha from Berlin. We really tried a lot and found this Kombucha by far the best alternative when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks that can keep up with our wine. This kombucha was named after the refreshing mixture of canteloupe melon and Szechuan pepper. With notes of musk and citrus peel, the melon conveys exotic fruitiness, the pepper surprises with its subtle heat. The lively mixture is rounded off by the acidity of our Kombucha base, but without the typical Kombucha vinegar taste!

This Bouche Kombucha leaves a tingling sensation on the tongue. Due to the large format, the fruity flavor of the cantaloupe and the Szechuan pepper unfolds in a broader, more mature taste. Thanks to our sophisticated recipe, the format allows more breathing and a more detailed profile. It's great for sharing and mixing! We think that our Kombucha, presented in this way, can be an excellent non-alcoholic wine accompaniment for restaurants and at home.
A non-alcoholic drink for adults, as an alternative to the sodas and juices that are usually offered.

INGREDIENTS: Fermented infusion (water, sugar, Jasmine, assam tea, Kombucha culture (Yeast and bacterial cultures)), Charentais melon, Szechuan pepper, Chicory root

*from controlled organic cultivation

Winemakers
Bouche is a young Kombucha brewery that was created in the studios of our artist collective in Berlin. The project, which started as a friendly collaboration, quickly grew into a craft production company. Today we are proud to share this passion from our brewery in Marzahn. When developing our artisanal, fermented beverages, we attach particular importance to expressing a unique aromatic diversity by building up complex taste profiles. With every sip you can taste the subtle interaction between tea, bacterial cultures and yeast. During the brewing process, one of our main focuses is exploring original approaches to taste by experimenting with different types of yeast and hops and combining selected ingredients. We do not add industrially produced concentrates to our BOUCHE, but develop our own starter cultures, authentic flavors and innovative brewing techniques.
